Feature
- Compact paint robot suitable for paint application of small and medium size of work piece.
- P-50iA is the first compact paint robot that has hollow arm structure. By passing cables and hoses into hollow arm from robot base to end effecter, P-50iA can imbed all cables and hoses without any exposure of these. This makes arm cleaning easier and can prevent contamination by dropping paint.
- Patented purge system with internal pressure inside hollow arm from robot base to end effecter can prevent inflammable gas from invading inside robot arm.
- By setting the Max. velocity of arm 160deg/sec and the Max. velocity of distal axis 600deg/sec, P-50iA realizes the highest performance as a compact paint robot.
- To comply with customer demand, FANUC provides total support for paint robot system including paint select (water borne / powder coating / solvent based), paint package (applicator / system control box / supplier unit) and paint system (washing / drying / oven process).
